Personal Blog
Yaaay. Finally some time to post. It has been way too long, and for that I apologize.
So I’ve been posting about the open gymnastics gym sessions, and I finally got some pictures. Yay for that. Go check em out, and the double backflip movies. My double isn’t very pretty just yet, but I am landing it almost every time. The first time I did it I went nuts. I just did a freaking double backflip!! What a great feeling. Now I have to do a double backflip full twist. That’ll be insane. I’ve gotten a lot more confidence on the trampoline, and Dewey, Francis and I just try whatever crazy shit we can think of each week. “Dude, ok, jump backward, do a 180 and then a quick front layout” and stuff like that. It is definitely way better than being on a competitive team where I have to practice all the time and listen to Mr. Bigshot Coach guy. I hate that kind of stuff. I want to have fun, do what I wanna do, at my pace and my style. Screw rigid structured sports.
Yesterday was Halloween!!! Happy Halloween everybody. I hope all you Gees had crazy fun. I know I did. I saw my homeboy Nick coming out of Sturm Hall with this beautiful girl. I almost didn’t notice her because I was so surprised to see him on campus. I was like “What up brother? Where you been?” I introduced myself to the girl and she said she thought I looked hot in my fedora (scoooore). I got back to my room and called Nick and asked for her full name(Corinne). I looked up her email and sent her a note asking what she was doing this weekend. She hit me back with her cell phone number and I met her in her friend’s room in Nelson Hall after seeing Dewey’s mini-halloween party (which later turned out to be huge). I chilled with her in her room for a little while, and then we went to her friend’s house. After that we went to a sick Halloween party at a house near my old dorm. It was crazy! Tons of people, girls in their costumes looking great. DAMN there were some, uh, ahem, good costumes on those girlies. Whew. Corinne was a cowgirl. Her costume wasn’t too extensive, but it certainly did the job. She looked great. As you may have figured out by the picture, I dressed up as Justin Timberlake, more specifically his Jackson-esque outfit from the ‘Like I Love You’ video. Everyone thought it was really pimp, and I danced my ass off at the party to prove that I was worthy of donning the gear. After being at the party for a while, Corinne went downtown with her friends to a club and I stayed at the party (the club was 21+ and I don’t have a fake so I didn’t even try to go downtown with her and get in). About an hour later, the cops came and busted the party… big surprise. The party was sick and I hope everyone had as much fun as I did last nite. And I hope you had a date who looked as beautiful as mine =D.

No, Adam, YOU should have dressed up as Conan. You can’t try to live out your Conan fantasy through me. I have a hero.
